What is the situation that the broken hammer has black oil?

The black oil produced by the crushing hammer is usually caused by improper filling of butter. When filling butter, you need to lift the crushing hammer and press the steel rod into the piston. You only need to fill half of the standard butter gun every time you fill it.
If the steel bar is not pressed tightly when filling butter, then the filling butter will be limited in the upper limit of the steel bar groove, and when the steel bar is working, the butter will jump directly to the main oil seal of the crushing hammer, with the reciprocating movement of the piston, butter is brought into the cylinder body of the crushing hammer, and then the hydraulic oil in the cylinder body of the crushing hammer is mixed into the hydraulic system of the excavator, causing the hydraulic oil to deteriorate and blacken.
In addition, the oil black of the crushing hammer may also be caused by the broken dust seal and oil seal of the piston, which leads to the dust on the contact surface with the drill rod being brought to the inside of the piston during the high-speed strike of the piston, resulting in the blackening of the hydraulic oil. Therefore, the dust outside can be reduced by installing oil return filter device and water spraying device. When replacing hydraulic accessories such as oil pipes, steel pipes and oil return cabin filter, we need to clean up the dust or sundries at the interface before loosening the replacement.
When replacing hydraulic accessories such as oil pipe, steel pipe and oil return cabin filter, the dust or sundries at the interface should be cleaned up before the replacement can be loosened. When the spacing between the bushing and the steel wire is more than 8mm (the little thumb can be inserted), it is recommended to change the bushing. On average, one more upper bushing needs to be changed for every two lower bushing changes.
